1. Visit RVA's Online Education Portal Password Reset Page.
2. Verify your identity with the email associated with your account.
3. Send a password reset link to your email address.

For security reasons, RVA cannot send you a password reset if you do not have access to the email address associated with your RVA Online Education Portal account. We are also unable to update your email address for you.

Inclusion Criteria for Resources, Information, and Organisations:

All feedback and suggestions will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Applicability to Rare Disease: The resource must align with topics that impact upon the rare disease sector.
• Recency: The resource or research suggested must have been created or updated within the past 10 years to ensure currency with policy, data, emerging health knowledge and technologies.
• Organisation Type:The research or resource must have been created by either a(n):
  • Government department,
  • Government-funded service,
  • Established hospital, university, or research unit, or
  • Registered NGO or charity.
• Relevant Knowledge and Expertise: The group that produced the resource must be led, supported, or endorsed by credible experts of relevant backgrounds
• Priority Population Involvement: All resources intended for a priority population (such as the multicultural community) must originate from or have significant collaboration with the priority population community.
• Consumer Availability: If research or resources are intended for people living with rare diseases, the research or resource must be freely available to them without payment.
• Health Literacy Level: The resource must be easily accessible to consumers that may not have a well developed understanding of health science, technology, or rare disease.
• National Significance: Resources must be applicable to all people across Australia, and not focus on a particular region. If the resource is regional, adaptability must be considered.
• Adaptability: A regional resource will be considered if it's easily adaptable to the national context. If a resource is not adaptable, it will not be included.

Review Process

1. Review the suggestions and feedback on a quarterly basis against the resource inclusion criteria above.
2. Update the Online Education Portal with accepted suggestions and feedback.
3. Notify the person who provided the feedback of the result via email.
